Wellderness Weekend | Estes Park

May 31 – June 2, 2019

The inaugural Wellderness festival will be a weekend of health and fitness with a full schedule of activities that include outdoor fitness events, a health expo and wellness seminars to promote fitness, nutrition, self-care and exploration.


Eagle Outside Festival | Eagle

May 31 - June 2, 2019

More than 20 bicycle brands will be on hand with demo bikes available to take out on 100 miles of singletrack. The weekend includes a bike rodeo, Strava segment races, yoga and a Bonfire block party too.



Dolores River Festival | Dolores

June 1, 2019

Celebrate the Dolores River while getting educated about this important resource. There will also be live music as well as lots of food and drink options. This is a family-friendly event with games and activities provided for kids.


Animas River Days | Durango

June 1, 2019

Durango's only river festival will include river surfing, stand-up paddling, freestyle kayaking, boatercross, raft and kayak slalom as well as an inflatable rodeo. The event has partnered with ​San Juan Citizen's Alliance and other local conservation groups to educate people about how to keep local rivers healthy and safe. There will also be live music and a beer garden.


Estes Park Jazz Fest Weekend | Estes Park

June 1-2, 2019

The Estes Park Jazz fest is two days of concerts delivered by national and regional jazz artists. The 29th annual festival will bring together seven jazz bands and musicians with a wine garden serving local wine.



Fly Fishing Festival | Cortez

June 1 - 2, 2019

The 10th Annual Cortez Community Fly Fishing Festival & Fishing Derby will have free clinics for those who want to learn more about casting, gear, knots and other fly fishing-related topics. A Fishing Derby will start in the afternoon with a pond full of trout. June 1 also happens to be a free fishing day in Colorado, so no fishing licenses are needed.


AeroFest | Longmont

June 1, 2019

This all-day event celebrates and connects those interested in remote-controlled flight. There will be drone racing, a kid’s STEM zone as well as food vendors and a community viewing area.


Bauhaus Ball | Aspen

June 6, 2019

More of an event than a festival, the Bauhaus Ball is a free ball that will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the art movement. With strong ties to Bauhaus, Aspen is celebrating the centenary with many other special events throughout the year.



Central City Jazz Festival | Central City

June 7 - 8, 2019

Presented by Big Easy and Central Presents, Central Jazz is a revival of the Central City Jazz Festival which ran continuously from 1976 through 1992. The festival will have four stages and numerous bands with New Orleans and Mardi Gras-style attractions presented in the historical streets of Central City.


GoPro Mountain Games | Vail

June 6 - 9, 2019

The GoPro Mountain Games will bring more than 80,000 spectators and 3,000 athletes together for a three-night celebration of athletes, art, music and mountains. People of all ages and abilities will compete in fishing, kayaking, SUP, rafting, climbing, mountain biking, road cycling, trail running, disc golf, DockDogs, yoga, photography and more.

Pagosa Folk ‘N Bluegrass | Pagosa Springs

June 7 - 9, 2019

The Del McCoury Band, Sierra Hull and the Dead Horses are among the artists who will perform at this year’s festival. There is also overnight camping as well as all kinds of vendors.  


SummerFest on the Rio | Alamosa

June 7 - 9, 2019

This annual festival includes art and crafts, musical entertainment and a multitude of activities for kids. Walk along the winding Rio Grande in the beautiful spacious Cole Park while deciding what to eat and drink from the numerous vendors!



Snowmass Rendezvous | Snowmass

June 8, 2019

In its fourth year, The Snowmass Rendezvous Craft Beer Festival offers samples from 30 Colorado craft breweries along with live music. New this year is the Friday night launch party for brewers and guests. There will also be a VIP pairing experience before the main event on Saturday.


Whittle the Wood Rendezvous | Craig

June 12 - 15, 2019

This wood-carving festival not only brings together a dozen wood carvers for a competition but also offers live music, a downtown car show, a 5K run and a river rafting race.


Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup | Steamboat Springs

June 13 - 15, 2019

More than 450 Mustang owners from Rocky Mountain Mustang clubs will convene in Steamboat Springs for this celebration of the iconic American car. Activities will include a scenic mountain tour, auto cross, Friday night social, Show n’ Shine Car Show and an awards breakfast.

Country Jam | Grand Junction

June 13 - 16, 2019

Colorado’s leading country music extravaganza, Country Jam takes place in Grand Junction and brings in some of the top country music performers. This year will see Sam Hunt, Luke Bryan and Alabama, among others, visit.


Colorado BBQ Challenge | Frisco

June 13 - 15, 2019

Now in its 26th year, Colorado’s premier barbecue festival brings over 30,000 visitors to Frisco for a weekend of barbecue, family-friendly activities, food sampling and a race.


FIBArk Festival | Salida

June 13-16, 2019

The country’s oldest whitewater festival, FIBArk (First in Boating on the Arkansas) offers a number of river races and events all centered around the Arkansas River. There will be camping and live music throughout the four-day festival along with plenty of other activities including parades and other sporting activities.

FOOD & WINE Classic | Aspen

June 14 - 16, 2019

Arguably the country’s top food and wine festival, the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen is, above all, a celebration of good food and wine. The three-day celebration of gastronomy and oenology also offers attendees the chance to rub shoulders with luminaries and legends of the culinary world. Palisade Bluegrass & Roots Festival | Palisade

June 14 - 16, 2019

Americana, bluegrass and roots musicians will converge on Palisade from across the nation for a festival that offers live performances, artisan vendors, camping, paddle boarding, local wine and spirit tastings, lavender tours and painting workshops among other things.


R100 Archery Tournament | Meeker

June 15 - 16, 2019

The national archery tour is in its and will once again bring people from all over the nation to Meeker.


Rails and Ales Brewfest | Alamosa

June 15, 2019

This adults-only train ride will whisk you from Alamosa to Fir-Summit at the top of La Veta Pass. Only accessible to the public by train, the journey to the top will include live music, barbecue and, of course, plenty of craft beer.



Rapidgrass | Idaho Springs

June 19 - 20, 2019

Come and celebrate the summer with two days of mountain music along Clear Creek in Idaho Springs. Acoustic music, beer, and a laid-back environment make this a great way to spend a few days.


Telluride Bluegrass Festival | Telluride

June 20 - 23, 2019

Strawberry Days Festival | Glenwood Springs

The 122nd Annual Strawberry Days Festival offers an art and craft fair, live music, the crowning of Miss Strawberry Days 2019 as well as FamilyFest, an interactive, entertaining and creative experiences for kids. There will also be lots of strawberries!

Sonic Tank Solstice Festival | Rangely

June 21 - 23, 2019

Starting at sunrise in the desert, this festival includes concerts throughout the weekend. On Saturday night, the festivities culminate in a concert with drummer and percussionist William Winant playing marimbas, drums, gongs, superballs and an array of less traditional percussion instruments.

2019 BBQ & Brews Fest | Leadville

June 21 - 22, 2019

The 2019 Leadville BBQ & Brew Festival is the world’s highest KCBS & RMBBQA sanctioned BBQ competition. There will be plenty of beer, barbecue and all kinds of other fun activities and events, all set in historic Leadville.


Red White and Brew | Steamboat Springs

June 22, 2019

This beer and wine festival takes over downtown Steamboat Springs every June and features unlimited wine and craft beer tastings, live music, and a range of delicious food offerings.



Sonic Bloom | Rye

June 20 - 23, 2019

This four-day camping festival at Hummingbird Ranch in Spanish Peaks Country brings electronic music, dance, art and human performance together in an atmosphere that aims to inspire creativity.


Vail Beer Classic | Vail

June 21 - 23, 2019

Sample over 300 beers in the heart of Vail. Meet and geek out on all things beer with brewmasters and beer industry leaders while enjoying mountain biking, hiking and fishing as well as seminars on all things beer.


Scandinavian Midsummer Festival | Estes Park

June 21 - 23, 2019

Taking place in downtown Estes Park, this family-friendly, free weekend is presented by the Scandinavian Alliance of Colorado. The festival has been celebrating Scandinavian culture for over 25 years and this year more than 80 artisans, organizations and performers will come together to offer festival-goers food, crafts, demonstrations and entertainment.


Meekerpalooza | Meeker

June 22, 2019

Hosted by the Meeker Arts & Cultural Council and the ERBM Recreation & Park District, Meekerpalooza showcases dance, singing, music, visual and culinary arts. Events include a Park to Art Run.



Bacon and Bourbon Festival | Keystone

June 22 – 23, 2019

With thousands of pounds of bacon and bacon-inspired dishes, this weekend-long, family-friendly celebration is all things bacon and bourbon. In addition to bacon, there will also be live music and a variety of bourbons to taste.


Telluride Wine Festival | Telluride

June 27 - 30, 2019

This annual festival brings together renowned winemakers and some of America’s finest chefs for an intimate four-day wine and food experience. There will be educational seminars, wine pairing dinners, and reserve and grand tastings, among other things.



Rapids And Grass | Buena Vista

June 28 - 30, 2019

More than 50 local and regional craft breweries will be on hand with samples of their concoctions as well as the best in Colorado bluegrass. And, as the Arkansas River is Colorado’s premier rafting destination, there will be opportunities to get out on the water, too.


Annual Lavender Festival | Palisade

June 28, 2019 - June 29, 2019

The yearly lab celebration of all things lavender offers farm tours, booths with a wide range of lavender-inspired products, music, food, cooking demos, workshops and various speakers.



Ridgway RiverFest | Ridgway

June 29, 2019

Ridgway RiverFest is a family-friendly celebration of the Uncompahgre River with races for all ages, live music, local food and drink, various activities for kids as well as  educational and cultural programs. The highlight of the day is the infamous “Junk of the Unc” race in which boaters maneuver their craft, constructed from scrap, through whitewater rapids.


Vail Valley Brewfest | Avon

June 29, 2019

Kick off the event with a 5K then enjoy unlimited samples of lots of beers and ciders from over 60 breweries and cideries in the state and beyond. There will also be live music and food trucks along with a family fun zone.



Blues from the Top | Winter Park

June 29 - 30, 2019

A weekend full of live music, vendors and fun, Blues from the Top offers nightly ‘Blues After Dark’ shows and music in Cooper Creek. The festival proceeds help benefit the Grand County Blues Society.


A Taste of the San Luis Valley | Monte Vista

The second annual Taste of the San Luis Valley is an outdoor family event for the entire valley. Featuring lots of local restaurants that will present tasting portions of their signature items.
